The price kept increasing at an unreasonable rate. We found a larger, climates controlled unit, one mile away, for less than 50% the cost. At this point, I feel taken advantage of.

The helpful person was the store manager, but having to follow protocol only gets a company so far…. During my stay my unit was broken into from the inside from a neighboring unit and Neither police nor cubesmart really did much of anything other than make me use my insurance that I used through them which is required, in which no where near paid out what was stolen from me. The bullshit thing is why wasn’t the people who were getting evicted next to me, the side where the sheet metal was cut from their unit into mine ever get fucking perused? I had thousands upon. Thousands of dollars worth of tools I worked my entire life to get that I make a living with gone!!!! , and after fighting like hell for months… I get a measly $1200 fuck you check!???? Fuck Cubesmart!

I moved from Arizona to Tennessee using a moving pod costing thousands on dollars. When my pod arrived the manager came out and had the driver drop my pod hundreds of feet away from my storage requiring me to either hire people to help or get it done myself but suffer. I paid a lot of money for that and it became unsafe the further away the pod was to my storage. I had reserved a 20 X 20 to find out upon arrival that I’m receiving 2 desperate units next to each other rather than one 20 x 20 ft. As my belongings are my privacy. The world was given the opportunity to get eyes on my possessions mitigating my safety and security. I no longer want to do business here. As soon as my pod is picked up. I’ll be making arrangements to remediate a little because that decision made my staff member although was aligned with company policy, managers need to be given some flexibility on a case to case basis because I also need to fly back go Arizona to get my service animal. Or is a sign that says no pets allowed. But argues with customer on a lack of visual impairment to prejudice. Same principle if you get me. But I hope to get past this eventually because had I been in a wheel chair or a different skin color, suffering was my fate for this booking. Thank you Cubesmart
