The unit options were not ideal. No electrical outlets available in any of the units, lights, etc. I was preparing to store a classic vehicle in the unit, so these amenities would have been very useful. I was also unsure about the safety of the facility as I had heard there had been a fire there from someone making meth.The main reason for this score is that I received an empty email about a rate increase; it gave NO information, so I assumed there wasn’t an increase. I paid my rent at the office and no one ever mentioned it. In fact, I had been under the impression that rate increases were rare, so I was shocked to find out that the rate increase could happen so soon, fluctuate so much month to month and especially without an appropriate advanced notice. There was no notification, until I received the invoice for an almost 25% increase. Despite not having been properly notified, the rate was still set to increase the upcoming month. VERY disappointing! I had rented the unit for 6 months in anticipation of my vehicles arrival and had not even gotten to use the unit. It wasn’t worth holding onto the unit as a place holder at this price.The management was nice, at least, but that wasn’t enough for me to justify the rate increase. Without better options at better prices, I left my classic vehicle in its current storage facility. Although not as convenient a location, I know it’s safe, have electricity and it’s MUCH CHEAPER!!!

The phonw people were very helpful in locating a storage site far from me. After I booked, the local manager called and then texted afterward to be sure I had the right size and it suited me. Very good service.

Went as planned

The overall experience was good, as I expected. The reason I gave an 8 was solely because the price hikes every year felt unreasonable and would dissuade me from ever considering a storage unit as a long-term option.
