They raise the prices without any notice. Far too expensive for the service they offer.

Frequent rate increases. Frequent occurrence of theft. Bad corporate policy, with no value for loyal customers.

I rented a covered space for my rv. The tenant in front and to the right of my space was backed in too far and over into my space so far I could park but it was so tight I couldn't get my door open to exit my rv. I asked 3 different times to get the tenant to park properly. This went on for over a month. Nothing was done. So I ended my agreement since it was totally useless. I would like to get one months refunded

Facility always easily accessible, clean, temperature control. Always felt like our items were secure.
