The process to sign up was not efficient for me and my time. I took time off work to go into the office there to finalize my reservation and could not find anyone to help me. I was unable to do that so I had to partially do it online (which I do not like!) and finally went in first thing in the morning (more time off from my job) to get the answers to my questions.1 - is there a unit the size I need near the one my boyfriend has? I didn’t get the chance to get an answer to this as a unit was chosen for me because I had to finish the process online😳2 - to check on the refer a friend and give credit to the person who referred me to you. They didn’t know anything about that. So I called again and was told I’d hear back from someone and never have to this date. Without this freferral I would have chosen another facility because the prices were cheaper elsewhere.

You got very expensive, very quickly. Your facilities lack the insulation that would protect against bugs.
