They did a move out on me without notifying me while I was out of town with my sick mother whom 4 days later passed away. I was unable to answer the phone when they called while I was making funeral arrangements for my dead mother. I was a customer for almost 10vyears.

Very happy with the service and space

When I signed up for this unit the check in process was quick and easy. Rates started going up and I decided to finally make the trip to end it.However, the trip was from hell. Tonya the manager of my location was talking about an underperformer getting fired to coworker in front of customers.Yet, when I was told to clear out my unit before I could close, she didn’t correct me when I said that it’s all trash and I’m throwing in the dumpster.Came back to empty office and waited 10 min or so. Came to find out that she stalked me and said that I had to pay a $20 cleaning fee.Nowhere in my documentation could I find out that the dumpster was off limits. This lady is a fraud and before talking about someone else, she should have better customer service before she gets fired. I will never return to this location as long as I see this bad manager.

The staff was always trying to help. They were so kind and helpful. I liked my little 1104 unit it was perfect except one day this past winter, it was 0 degrees and not there fault.Thank you and thank you to the staff.Kent Simpkins
