Mr. Steve is rude and not polite at all. He would not allow me to speak, ask questions or express my concerns without speaking over me telling me what he could and could not do and that he could just cancel my reservation and refund my money. I was completely taken back because I just wanted to understand why what I was being charged was not what I picked online. He is putting your best customer service rating in jeapoordy. I politely ended the call because I felt attacked and disrespected. That man did not give me a chance to breath yet along speak. I am so disappointed 😞 we could have had a professional adult conversation.

The cost was increased and the reason given was offensive. Although I was told storage facilities was in high demand because of the influx of people moving to Nashville, I did not feel valued as an already established customer.

Because I only had the storage for three months and the rate went up $40 I was paying $148 and then it went up to $180 I think if the price is going to increase it should increase $5 or $10 not $40 at a time

I started off paying $79 for that small space and when I ended it,it was $138 for that small space. It seems like every 3 months you were going up on the price.
