The monthly price was raised.

The price goes up significantly each month. The facility had no security, and my unit door was in poor condition. They also removed the door lock for the climate control access units. The manager changed the gate access hours to the property without any notice, which made it difficult to vacate the unit when I wanted to due to my work schedule. I tried to negotiate a better price because of the hours not matching what I originally purchased, and she gave me a fake number to her "supervisor" and removed the sign she put on the gate. When I vacated the unit, I called to give a notice I was leaving. I organized my trash and left the property to go and find a restroom. Not even 5 minutes after hanging up the phone from that phone call and returning to the unit, the manager Leanne was already at my unit going through my trash. I asked her about the trash policy and for assistance getting some of the heavy trash off the property and she accused me of trying to leave my trash for her to pick up. Her attitude and disrespect towards me were totally uncalled for. She threatened to fine $500 dollars for her ASSUMPTION of me. She talked to me like a child and told me "Not to try and get over on policies" I'm guessing when I called her, she assumed my unit was clean and empty, but she had no right to say I tried to hide my trash and stiff her. When you ask her a question about anything regarding your unit, she tells you in verbatim, "You clearly didn't read your agreement", instead of being professional at her job! Leanne made the entire experience her a nightmare for me and my mother. I will never recommend her location to anyone.

Was able to access my unit anytime I needed. And the people inside were always a great help.
