I spent 53 minutes on the phone trying to pay for the darned storage unit.5 days prior I rented a u-haul by phone and paid for the service-all under 10 minutes.This was a highly frustrating and stressful situation. I would have gone elsewhere-however my u-haul was on its way to this facility.Additionally, I was forced to pay a charge for insurance coverage even though I own my home and have homeowners insurance.I will definitely NOT be recommending this company to anyone. I will certainly inform others of this poor customer service and policies.

The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I had a great experience from start to finish. The customer service was excellent, and I truly appreciated how professional and kind everyone was. I would definitely recommend Natchez location to others!

The process of renting a unit was very easy and the representative was polite and friendly. The representative knew exactly what size unit would best suit my needs. I was able to do everything over the phone in a matter of minutes.

Had a small problem that should not have happened but the store manager cleared up the everything in a timely manner.

The buildings were very clean on the outside and the inside it was very well controlled air-conditioning controlled very comfortable in there and the people are just wonderful to work with
