I've had different storage units for over ten years. The dollies you have are pitiful! There are small ones that are good for nothing. The larger ones won't hold a good size piece of furniture. I'm moving furniture and boxes of china along with large paintings. Things are already falling off the dolly. While there two days ago, a man was moving bedding out and should have simply carried items as what he had on the dolly kept falling off onto the floor.The bathroom on the first floor doesn't have a handle or access.If I want a bathroom, I have to hope there is someone in the office for me to be able to use that one.There are no plugs for us to be able to use to have lights in our units when we need to find something well packed away. In my other units, there are outlets in between each unit providing two units with possible electricity when needed. Honestly, I've only used these plugs a few times, but when I have, they have been extremely appreciated. I always leave a unit clean when I move to another facility as I am in process of leaving one state for another. How can I vac out my space when it's time to leave without any kind of outlet?Office personal is terrific and very helpful and easy to ask questions of.I appreciate all the mouse traps spaced about the facility.I appreciate the facility is clean at this time, but am wondering as time progresses without outlets...

Office staff is professional, courteous, and pleasant. Facility is clean and available for access conveniently.

Nice facility but are taking apart of corporate greed. Within the 1st 5 months you raised the price almost 20% with many vacant cubes still. In my opinion it was not supply and demand but just being greedy, attempting to siphon the most money possible out of their customers.
