I really liked working with a manager, Bob he was kind professional understanding and really easy to work withThe storage unit was reasonably priced based on my experience and then also played a factor in deciding which storage unit to use in that particular areain my opinion, customers go back not to the unit, but how they retreated by the manager with professionalism and personality that makes why people go back to any units for Storageit really is a people business and accessibility to the unit. Whatever needed is important.on another note, I cleaned out my unit on January 24 actually my friend Elizabeth did that but they billed me for February 7 which need to be reimbursed. Perhaps Bob can take a look at that or you guys can handle that at the main office

Bill was horrible to deal with. Both him and the district manager lied about a charge back. Never heard from either one once I repaid for a service I already paid for. Emailed bill and texted the manager.

Pricing increases are a tad aggressive.A pushed-in (breached?) storage room door at the entrance does not inspire confidence. One operable cart for a facility of your size is completely unacceptable. Other than that, your staff is helpful and friendly and the facility is clean.
