Very nice workers

Bill was horrible to deal with. Both him and the district manager lied about a charge back. Never heard from either one once I repaid for a service I already paid for. Emailed bill and texted the manager.

Bob was awesome and very easy to work with.

Pricing increases are a tad aggressive.A pushed-in (breached?) storage room door at the entrance does not inspire confidence. One operable cart for a facility of your size is completely unacceptable. Other than that, your staff is helpful and friendly and the facility is clean.

It’s a scam and the price keeps going up after only a year the price has almost quadrupled! I looked online and they give you your first month free and 40% off when u sign up but they quickly go up in price ! Way too expensive!!! I should have just had a yard sale I can always buy new furniture !

The cost increased twice in about a year and not just by a small amount. In addition, there was a dead bat in my unit that I had to take care of myself. There are far cheaper options. I understand price increases periodically but the ones this company did was not acceptable. I went with a competitor charging far less.

As for the moment the staff was very courteous and professionalism are superb. But the other clients are telling me that the company likes to hike up the prices as time goes bye..I like to feel that they are wrong.
