They were very polite showed me. The unit explained everything to me and generally seemed interested in that I would rent the unit other places I went to to check out their units. They really could’ve cared less. You have a good staff there.

I moved here in Feb 2024,I told autumn I was retired in school and on a budget I said I don’t like storage facilities that promise you a price then 3 months later they raise the price. She assured me I was safe for at least a year! Within 3 months the price went up. Now a year later it went from $140 to $259!!!!

Always clean. Good monitoring. Team noticed when my lock wasn’t secured properly on their rounds after a family member went to my unit. Notified me immediately so I could secure my storage. Would use them again.

even though I have appreciated the clean property you maintain along with your friendly staff I viewed your pricing as being out of line with continuous price increases. $162. a month for a 10x10 cube is roughly 30% higher than what I have found at 3 other locations of equal value and comparable features.

Cube smart could absolutley care less about retaining customers at their storage facility. This is the second time that I rented a storage from them and in six months they raisied the rent. I paid everything on time and they raised the rent for no reason. I guess they would rather have an empty storage unit then one thatis paying rent on time. In this economy I would think they woudl wnat all the business they can get. I did drive around the facility and I saw with my own eye a bunch of empty units. How is this good business practice?
