Fantastic customer service from start to finish from all staff. All information and all pricing (no hidden fees) were given prior to renting. Correct unit was available when I needed it, and this particular facility was convenient for my location. Price of unit and insurance were very reasonably priced, and access hours suited my needs. Would highly recommend!

Chuck is very professional and very thoughtful and really cares about his customers. He definitely deserves a raise or an atta boy. He makes your company shine and I was on there a day. That is the impression that he left on us. If I ever need storage Cube Smart would be my recommendation always!
