I ran into some issues which caused me to end my storage rental with CubeSmart, but many of the representatives and the District Manager were respectful and helpful in getting the issue resolved.

moving in was easy, but moving out was difficult. Only ONE cart available in the entire place and an older woman had it and wasn't sharing it.I was there for over an hour and no one was in the office, the "time I'm returning to office" kept changing from 3:00 all the way to 4:00. I finally left and called and left a message. They confirmed they would check the unit and send me a confirmation that I was checked out. Never rcvd that email.
