Everyone was so nice! The facility is super clean! Very knowledgeable staff. Jermaine was fantastic!

Your Personnel close office to due personal errands (do their banking needs). and don't come back at the time they post on the door to be returned. Causes people to lose time in putting property in or taking stuff out when in need of a cart for assistance that is locked in the office and no one present .

When I moved my belongs out the storage it was soo much mouse droppings it didn’t make no sense , the mouse droppings was also in some of my belongings

I had to wait 2/3 hours for someone to assist me with getting into my new unit .

The place was always dirty mice infested. The key pads were always broke so a lot of times you couldn’t get in or had to walk around the building to find access. The workers were never in the office when they were supposed to be, The price jumped every couple months with no upgrade or any reason

I had a great experience with the general manager, clean facility, decent prices.

The facility continues to tank but kept increasing my rate. It was dirty, floors falling apart. Mice and rats everywhere. People living in units, illegal narcotics being sold and held on the premises.

Service is very slow.Also, when you call, you, never get answered a leave voicemails no phone calls back. Also, the place that is very filthy and also there is trash all throughout the parking lot in the back of the building.
