The manager, Stephanie and the CubeSmart in New Castle is absolutely incredible. she is nice, personable, funny, and super accommodating. This was my first time renting a storage unit and she took the time and answered all of annoying questions. For that alone. She should get some type of bonus. 😁. She was phenomenal to say the least.

Your Personnel close office to due personal errands (do their banking needs). and don't come back at the time they post on the door to be returned. Causes people to lose time in putting property in or taking stuff out when in need of a cart for assistance that is locked in the office and no one present .

When I moved my belongs out the storage it was soo much mouse droppings it didn’t make no sense , the mouse droppings was also in some of my belongings
