Homeless people live in the storage bldg making it unsafe for tenants. I was locked out in a storm and had to wait outside for over an hour in the snow because the gate was inoperable. I was also promised a credit because there were no carts available which I never got! Customer bathroom had been out of order since I had the unit. I moved in on a special which went up after a couple of months. A bad experience over all.

Prices change too much and mice problem in storage. only was offered to have unit switched. wasnt enough for me.

This is for Wilmington De location -1. Temperature was hot during summer2. Access on Monday was down bc of electric/internet issues. Other renter told me it started on Sunday so should have been addressed.3. Not enough carts4. Snow/ice in parking lots after snow fall two days prior.

Rat and mice are in your storage , destroyed my stuff, water went my stuff and I showed it to the office worker, they came and looked at it, tell me to call insurance, they told me there insurance doesn’t pay for that, i have to take most of my stuff to goodwill, and throw away some, I am not happy about it , I am going to put it on facebook if I don’t get pay for my stuff , i have pictures

Because every time I came to the establishment it was always dirty and there was always trash in front on mu unit
