I booked a unit, and when I arrived with my belongings, I couldn't find any keys to lock the unit. I then spent an hour on the phone with support, who had me walk around the entire complex trying to find at least one open unit, which we never found. I had plans that day, but due to this negligence, I had to cancel everything. In the end, my wife and I had to take all our belongings back out. I’m still waiting for the refund.

There were mice in the storage, it was dirty in there, trash all over the place inside and out. No fence for awhile so anyone could walk in there and that’s exactly what happened. They had storages unlocked and wide open so people were living in there. When they did put up a fence it was short and had gaps where people still could get in. The gates you drive through were always broken, either didn’t go up or down. The doors to the building also were broken, either didn’t open or close. It wasn’t really climate controlled. And management raised rent so when I reached out asking how rent could be raised when they’re werent living up to their company promises… nobody responded. I moved out the next week.

It’s clean and well lit. The office employees are very pleasant and helpful
