There were mice in the storage, it was dirty in there, trash all over the place inside and out. No fence for awhile so anyone could walk in there and that’s exactly what happened. They had storages unlocked and wide open so people were living in there. When they did put up a fence it was short and had gaps where people still could get in. The gates you drive through were always broken, either didn’t go up or down. The doors to the building also were broken, either didn’t open or close. It wasn’t really climate controlled. And management raised rent so when I reached out asking how rent could be raised when they’re werent living up to their company promises… nobody responded. I moved out the next week.

The lady that waited on me was very respectful. Explained everything to me. She is the best she showed me the units and explain what could go in CubeSmart you have yourself a gem on your hands

Disappointed with lack neatness. Outer building door across from building housing my unit is left open. I tried closing it but it appears to be broken.$19/to text a tumbler lock?!

No real problems at all. Service was good, employees were nice. There was just a little confusion in regards to cancelling my services when I was given conflicting answers on how to go about it by two different employees. But it all worked out in the end so overall a good experience.
