Rental process was easy and good communication

Rare was raised twice in a year period. Asked to switch to larger unit and get lower rate offered to new customers and was told that the lower rate was only for new customers. The new rate is less than half of what I was paying for my storage unit.

The storage served me well

It was easy to reserve the unit online. The national call center was helpful and the local branch followed up right away to answer any questions.
