Good location. New building. Helpful online people to get booking. Morning after reservation made got call from the manager. Asked to come view and said I’d be there in about 40mins. Show up and sign on door, back in 2.5 hours. Call phone and am told I’ll just have to wait. Frustrating since they just called me and agreed to come look at units.Manager is then an hour past the stated time on the door. Now at 3.5 hours after agreed upon viewing.Once they came back smooth process. Was quickly shown units and made my Devorah in person sealed the my decision. She was very helpful and apologized for inconvenience, I guess she has to work more than one property.Unit very clean. Spotless clean. Fresh smelling. Gate in and out is easy. They have storage carts w: wheels to help. Elevator is quick and large. Lock is good.Only thing is the time you can drop/access is 6am-10pm. Would be better if 24hr since moving can’t always be planned in those hours.Have one occasion I would have dropped after 10pm already but couldn’t.I was Leo heard the prices potentially can rise wafted 3 month. Online people said it’s locked for 6 months but the store decision governs.

Easy and easy out for storing items

Overall, the storage served its purpose. The facility is clean and secure. It was a bit pricey and the price continues to go up. It's good if you need it for a short period of time. If you stay too long the rates will eventually become too much.

The price increases are unaffordable. The unit is about $100 more a month than when I began. It's only a 5'x10' space. I can't afford $150+ a month for that!

The 2nd day i tried to open my storage door and an associate was outside smoking a cigarette and on the phone I asked excuse me can you help me and she yelled what its customer service skills for me wdedetermines
