The unit was always damp, I complained about the dampness and our boxes were collapsing and I spoke to the office a few times and one time she gave me a new box and the last time the office gave me a Damp Rid cup. It did nothing but fill up. Then when I moved out, I spoke to the manager of the Holbrook location and she told me that I would have to file an insurance claim. So that is your SCAM, to get away with what you sell and you dont deliver.NOW the most recent experience In you New London Ct Location. Same problem A CLIMATE CONTROLL PROBLEM Everytime we went in there until we recently moved out. During the summer 85 Degrees in there. This agian the climate control SCAM.
