Stealing

The lady that worked when I first signed up used to walk all the floors and make sure they were swept and tidy. I don’t know what happened to her but when she left it went downhill. Gross floors, gross smells, no trash bins doesn’t help.

I found several people living in the facility.

The facility was always clean and well-maintained. I was always able to come and go within the allowed hours. I have no complaints.

Horrible experience!

Cube smart cancelled my reservation that I had two promotions on (which had only been booked 3 weeks prior). When I called to find out why you cancelled, you rebooked, but refused to give me my two promotions.
