Front desk service great

The morning I was moving my item to the facility I did not have a good experience as client. The Unit was not cleaned, i personally cleaned it up, then there were too many cigarettes on the hallway door outside my unit hallway, then next to me there was a guy living in the storage unit he was smoking, with loud music, and it seems he was under the influence of a substance I did not fell safe. Since I paid for the movers and did all the paper work I cant afford to take my stuff out, but I dont trust the safety and how its managed.

My rates continued to go up frequently and amenities/ access was reduced, all while new customers got lower rates for larger units. We were taken advantage of as long-time renters instead of being valued. The switch to CubeSmart was the worse thing to happen to this property and I will avoid this business in perpetuity while advising any of my community members to do the same. It’s a racket.

Wonderful service

Opened a rental unit on12/22/25 and it was supposed to be unlocked for me to use went to use it yesterday and it was locked 🔒 I am furious!

One of my units was rat infested and I the management is horrible. My storage rate went up nearly $100 dollars and although I moved out on the 10th of the month I was informed I would not receive a prorated rate. Management customer is a -10!!

The price like the free storage per month and the next three months or half off

I forgot which spokesperson was behind the counter, but it was a really nice black lady. She showed us the unit we originally wanted, and we realized that it was way too small to store everything we need to put in there, she then recommended us which size was best to use at an affordable price and showed us a list of size options, and we went with the 10 x 8 size; which was great! Please give your workers a raise and more helping hands for the size of that facility! It is humongous, and just hiring only TWO people is not enough. Thank you!

Clean facility, but I saw micr dropping in my unit. I am a bit worried about my contents.
