Raised rates without notice. No longer have any security.

They raise rates first then after you call to ask they tell you why, no previous notice that you can provide info to lower the rate.

The manager let me go after overcharging me the month before by sixteen dollars and would not compensate me the following month. Had been a renter prior tocubesmart taking over for three plus years. One month after cubesmart bought issues started.

Not being asked or told that I have to pay an insurance fee just billed for 2 months of insurance.

Exorbitant fee increase.
