Our rate was changed to almost double our price from $199 to $379 with only a one week notice by phone call after only 4 months. When we called to ask why our rate changed we were told, “no reason, it’s just changing”. I was the told that if we moved out within 3 days of renewal we would be refunded. After hastily moving out, we were then told that that we were in fact not eligible for a refund. Just terrible customer service.

I received a proactive support phone call right after I rented the cube.I went to the property office to ask a few questions about the App i had downloaded, hours, & accessibility, and the young women in the office was extremely helpful and friendly and completely addressed all my questions.I also love the ability to drive into the loading area and open and close the access doors remotely.5 stars

Easily accessible and easy to pay using the mobile app. The only negative was it was difficult to get someone on the phone when I had questions. However, my belongings were safe and kept well.
