The staff are always so kind and knowledgeable and I trust them with my belongings. During a stressful search for housing, they make storing my belongings easy.

The process of renting a storage unit was extremely and the facility is clean, well lit and secure. In addition the staff are very friendly and very helpful as well as customer servcies forward.

Price increases too frequently. No current customer loyalty. Only new clients get deals and savings. Not a fair system. I would stay loyal to you if you stayed loyal to me.

Service and pricing. I had the locker for 15 years plus and did not want to leave but the price became outrageous. I was paying $355 for a unit that should have been $200 less. I tried to talk to someone in the office on several occasions and no one had a solution. I was told that was the price. So I left.

Clean safe environment. The access hours are flexible. The office staff made me feel very welcomed.
