We have been using a CubeSmart facility in Connecticut for the last few months and have been impressed with the cleanliness and security.

The manager was unhelpful and unprofessional. Latino guy think his name was Rob.

The rate increases are unethical. This company takes advantage of people, enticing them with good rates, only to raise the prices astronomically. My rent went up 625% over time, each time with just 30 days notice. No wonder they opened another new building next ti it. They will continue to feed off people who dont know what they're getting into and take advantage of the next new customer over and over. Great business model setup by the devil. Half the time, the bathrooms were out of order, light sensors malfunctioned, and had a 4 foot concrete beam that supported the building taking room in my unit that I had to pay to store. Ridiculous! I'm not alone, many other renters I've spoken with all said the same things. Good riddance!

Es UN Lugar limpio, nos fue Bien con la persona que nos atendio, El clima del Lugar estuvo Bien, no tuvimos ninguna problema, solo fueron 4 o 5 dias, quiza deberian tener UN precio razonable para esos dias. Igual tuvimos que hacerlo de emergencia. Pero muy Buena atencion.

I purchase a 10 x 15 unit and was given two 5 x 11 units. My units are 4 feet short. I had to throw out belongings because they didn't fit in the units. Very disappointed, I will NOT be recommending anyone to Cubesmart.
