Diego and Brianna were beyond helpful, patient and informative. The rental went smoothly. They both deserve a raise!!!! Their customer service was phenomenal.

the storage, climate controlled environment etc was all great, however it upsets me a lot to see that my rent was doubled over 3 years, while you are renting today a unit same size as mine for half the price. I was also never informed in advance of the raises, only saw it in the monthly automatic debt from my account.7x10 unit I was paying $302 the last several months, is being rented on your website for $152.25also, the unit is located in the center of the corridor, and if you spend more than a few minutes inside of it, the lights go off (movement sensors don't capt you inside), and youhvae to go out on the hallway and jump up/down to turn lights back on

Price increase way too soon

Reasonable price and helpful staff.

Our rate was changed to almost double our price from $199 to $379 with only a one week notice by phone call after only 4 months. When we called to ask why our rate changed we were told, “no reason, it’s just changing”. I was the told that if we moved out within 3 days of renewal we would be refunded. After hastily moving out, we were then told that that we were in fact not eligible for a refund. Just terrible customer service.
