I have been with Cube Smart for many years and the staff is always helpful and available when needed. The staff on many occasions have called me to tell me when i had not locked my unit properly - something they didn't have to do.

The facility is very clean. The new App is easy to use and very convenient. But most of all the person who assisted us in signing up was OUTSTANDING! His name is Fernando at the NSB location. He is a great guy and a credit to your company.

Tracy and Fernando are the most professional, honest kindest people I had the absolute pleasure to do business with. The unit is nice, your system works well, but you raise the rent too often and in big increments. I paid $350 for two units and ended up paying $525 for one unit.

Received welcome call from location manager, sorry misplaced note with his name, who provided good information and answered any questions. Welcome email included map to unit and some good storage tips. Phone app worked well to open the gate, unit was clean when we arrived , lock in unit as promised.
