Friendly staff and clean facility but I have as told security gate would only be done a week and it still didn’t work a month later.

Registering for a storage unit was easy (online); getting initial access was simple (per provided instructions) and monthly payment was easy through ACH.While we paid for a climate-controlled unit, it was warm (March - June) every time we were there. Lighting was low in our unit and we were surprised to learn we had to buy two locks (extra expense) because our unit had two doors, which is unnecessary. But, with those caveats, we'd still recommend overall.

Samantha and McKenna were absolutely fantastic. Showed me my storage unit how to lock it very very helpful. I like it so much i decided to rent 2 additional spaces due to the attentive staff
