You liked me out because my brand new cargo trailer didn’t have a license plate.I wasn’t aware that you needed a license plate to park on private property.

Your never ending price increases are unreasonable in my opinion. When you are sitting there with overhead and too many empty units you will realize you have ruined an otherwise fine business opportunity. The structure of your pricing is unreasonable. Charging more for the same size space related to where it is located in the compound. I truly feel little but animosity for your company. The grounds are filthy and my unit was inhabited by the largest and most repugnant roaches I have ever seen.

Friendly staff and clean facility but I have as told security gate would only be done a week and it still didn’t work a month later.

Registering for a storage unit was easy (online); getting initial access was simple (per provided instructions) and monthly payment was easy through ACH.While we paid for a climate-controlled unit, it was warm (March - June) every time we were there. Lighting was low in our unit and we were surprised to learn we had to buy two locks (extra expense) because our unit had two doors, which is unnecessary. But, with those caveats, we'd still recommend overall.
