Safe, convenient storage

The staff was awesome very communicative.

The easy access and staff friendliness was nice. Unfortunately I stored a boat outside and my area had a lot of trees that dropped a lot of debris. It varied from leaves, twigs, caterpillar droppings and berries (that stain cover). The grass was high so I weed wacked my area.

Convenient

Staff was fine. The problem was the rental kept increasing in more than expected small increments; "to better serve you", but we did not see the extra cost reflected in the upkeep of the facility. Finally the increase could no longer be sustained in a responsible budget. We noticed when we moved out that most of our neighbors had appeared to have made the same decision. Sad really; this was once a local caring family owned business. Now it has become a corporate owned profit over all machine.
