Online reservation process was simple. I got a phone call minutes after submitting my order welcoming me to the property. The only negative was that I was assigned a unit with two doors so I had to purchase two locks. I was told it was the only unit available for the size I wanted. I don't think the customer should have to pay for this. Seems like a "bait and switch" right from the start.The unit is supposed to be "climate controlled" but was pretty warm when I was there. The unit also have some leaves and debris that were not swept out.

The facility was clean, quiet and easy to access. However I didn’t like that the price kept increasing. The cost got to the point that it was more cost effective to just purchase a shed.
