Everything is fine. Good place, great people. It just got too expensive. I've been here almost 3 years and price just keeps on going upward. Priced out of my budget now so I moved. That's the only reason.

I’ve been with this location for about eight years. After a major hurricane. Probably paying @ $80.00 . My current rent is @$242.00 a month. The gate is not generally closed. The lights inside the building stay on for THREE & 1/2 minutes when you enter building. Knowing after Coding into gate where I was going . Having complained approximately Four times . Nothing changed . Therefore trying to get anything done in the $242.00 rental unit unpleasant and quite frustrating.
