The monthly bill kept increasing with no good reason for it to happen. Which is why I'd recommend any other storage facility before cubesmart.

The staff was AWESOME!! Samantha and McKinsey (I believe that’s her name) were amazing and helpful. The biggest problem I have with Cube Smart is the jump increase in my rate over the course of only a few months. When I sign up for a rate, that’s what I budget into my life. I feel the amount and frequency of price increase is taking advantage of the customer because they are trapped into paying it…who wants to really move their items out every time there is a price increase?? Not many people can. I think a small increase every year is appropriate but not from $120 to $160!! That’s ridiculously taking advantage of customers.

I have asked for the entire time I have had my unit over 3 years to have the weather strip to be changed to prevent the maintenance people from blowing yard debris under my door and getting all of my antique furniture dirty with NO RESULTS! I couldn’t even gets call back after several attempts! The office asked me to leave my keys and when someone came they would let them change it?!?! I refused and asked for them to call me when someone came and I could be there within 15 minutes. Of course NO CALL EVER!!! For the prices that you are charging the place should be maintained better and should have better customer service!

Always friendly and helpful when I interacted with the office.
