The only one I interacted with was sales rep who rented me my unit and he was very professional and very well spoken and very polite. As far as that goes, I can't say much else but that was the best part of the whole event.

Ease of getting a unit, no moldy smell. But would have appreciated lighting. We’ve rented elsewhere before and all units had lighting.
