My rent has increased twice in 2025 alone totaling over $65! I downsized my unit from there larger size to a smaller sized unit because of this very thing because the mor you re paying dictates the amount your rent is increased but as stated two increases in 2025 as well as 2023& 2024! Economy is terrible but companies such as this just preys upon it! Ridiculous it’s cheaper to sell or give the stuff you have no room for it’s far cheaper in the long run!

The staff at the office is great. The unit was clean and ready for me. I wasn’t excepting access to have certain hours only. That’s a disappointment.

Great facility, professional management

I left because of Cubesmart's tiered pricing policy where you jack up the rent every 6 months or so. The last 20% increase made my rent 50% higher than what started less than 2 years ago. I won't do business with unethical assholes trying to rip off their customers rather than incentivizing loyalty. If I cancel and move to another unit and start over, which many people do, I get the same rate as what I originally signed up for. So instead, I am renting a larger space in an in industrial warehouse for a fraction of the cost. So screw you, Cubesmart, I'll never do business with you or any of the others in your industry who are dumb and greedy enough to think this is a good long-term policy. I see an opportunity here to create an alternative that could one day buy up your industry. There is a lot of unused industrial warehouse space and aircraft hangar space, etc. that can be utilized and offer an alternative to your unethical, overpriced service. All it takes it an online marketplace platform like Airbnb, etc. to force you a-holes to act ethically.To the contrary, the staff at your facility are very kind and efficient who provide top-notch customer service. Shame they have to work for people like your leadership.
