The facility in New Smyrna was clean, secure and well maintained. The code system was easy to remember and though it was tiring to have to repeatedly enter it at the gate and the door it was reassuring that my belongings were safe. Also the Staff, Tracey and Fernando were very courteous and always available. Should the need arise again I would use CubeSmart again.

They upped the storage fee over $75 In less than 18 months, with no explanation, the manager is borderline hostile, and the equipment needs to be replaced or at least maintained

Fernando and Tracy are so pleasent, friendly and helpful.I got stuck in the elevator. I called the office and both came to ask me if I was ok and did I need water. It all turned out good.
