At first you where very welcoming. Than after a while not so. The rate became not worth it. The bug issues didn't make it better. Still treating my stuff after moving it from cubesmart.

Staff was great. Pricing was insane with the yearly increases sometimes exceeding 30% YoY!! That's nuts. Units were good but not enough staircases at peak times. Need a garbage bin for people to use when clearing out storage!

Hard to access my storage unit.Front desk people not very helpfulAnnoying charge for insurance which I don’t want or needWouldn’t let me use combination lock unless I paid another $25 even though cost was same as key lock

I was in my storage unit only a couple of months before I received a 22% increase in the cost of my unit. Unbelievable!! I will never use Cube Smart again. Also, you keep putting stickers on my lock. The lock is mine and you have no right to keep putting stickers on in.
