I was in my storage unit only a couple of months before I received a 22% increase in the cost of my unit. Unbelievable!! I will never use Cube Smart again. Also, you keep putting stickers on my lock. The lock is mine and you have no right to keep putting stickers on in.

The person in the locker next to mine stuffed garbage into my locker and appeared to have peed in his locker and mine. I had to transfer the items in my locker to a new one on my time and at my expense, and Cubesmart offered me no credit or accommodation for the urine on my items, the cost of my time, and their inability to manage the safety and security of their facility despite me previously flagging the mental health of the person in the locker next to me when they threatened me.

the issues are as follows: The pick up driver just sat in his chair and basically ignored us. The unit number was missing from my unit and shows a sloppy careless attitude. The room itself should have had the floor painted and felt dirty. The Air conditioning was not working well. and there could have been better moving carts. You should offer assistance (even at a cost) for seniors like me to move into their units. rather than "self" storage.
