Too expensive.

Overall, the staff has been great and the storage unit has functioned as intended. I wish that the storage unit was open 24/7 or at least longer hours than it currently is. Also, I wish that the price hadn't gone up so much. I understand that new customer pricing won't last forever, but it got way too expensive for the same size unit.

Very helpful and good with communication. We ended up not using our rental due to finding a storage until closer to where we needed to be but they were overall very good to work with and responsive.

The storage facility I moved to charges less for the same size space and does not charge a monthly insurance fee and does not charge a processing fee if I pay online. But most of all my monthly rate does not get increased without my knowledge or notification.

Too many rent increases within short periods of time.

The customer service was great. Tbe employees there were extremely helpful

The staff at the location I used are incompetent. If I ever need storage again, I will be looking at another company.

The staff is Amazing. They were a main reason for my continued rental.The way the flood was handled was poor, and the lingering moldy smell is now part of all of my belongings. The increases are just merchant gouging for no reason. I would have stayed for 6-10 years, but your constant increases are not appropriate for good customers.
