Any friend or family would want me to speak truthfully about my experience at Cube. I would hesitate in telling the not-so-positive story of my rental there.

Professional staff and clean storage place

Francis was the person who helped me from the minute I walked through the door she was helpful attentive, patient and answered all my questions made me feel welcomed and assured that I was in the right place

Staff was very helpful and the accommodations were suitable for my needs

My friends & family are dear to me, & I want to protect them. To recommend a place that jerks up the rent every few months will very little warning would be disloyal and unforgivable.

Overall, the staff has been great and the storage unit has functioned as intended. I wish that the storage unit was open 24/7 or at least longer hours than it currently is. Also, I wish that the price hadn't gone up so much. I understand that new customer pricing won't last forever, but it got way too expensive for the same size unit.
