Unexpected raise in the price just over 3 month. By a lot!

Honestly, I like cubesmart storage services.But the customer services behind the desk are not ver accommoding.I personally in three different occations if I didn't contemped myself, it whould have been ugly.But thank you for your services.

unfriendly staff

Depends on the staff on shift for the day.

I didn’t even have my box for 6 months and the price went from 154 to almost $200.

Completely satisfied except for the jumps in rent price. They were unexpected and often large. Oh yeah, and our location had offered complimentary one-way van service when we signed up, and then within a handful of months they dropped that, saying it had never been an official service anyway. But it was too late for us to switch to another company. Super lame. But everything else was good. I felt our stuff was very clean and secure.

Place is clean and staff is very helpful. Also, there's people who will help move the bulkier items. Like, also, there's always someone to reach and suggest ways to resolve a problem like not being on time for move ins.

The particular location was well kept very clean, the staff is top tier very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Wish it was open just a little later for access but everything was really smooth and easy otherwise. Everyone I've delt with was very nice and helpful.
