I’ve recently rented a storage space at CubeMart and I am pleasantly satisfied with the onboarding process and the customer service. It was a seamless setup and Ronald answered all my questions and had me setup with the app in the blink of an eye.

It is convenient and the access to my rooms were a piece of cake. Workers are knowable and business like at all times.

Horrible customer service. I was discriminated against and threatened. Everyone from the district manager down was complicit.

Unit size was nice but pricing increased every 6months despite the promotion and front desk agent stating it would not increase ever. Reported rats in unit from other storage users having food and nothing was done about it, traps placed in hall are old. One person behind the desk was beyond useless, making complaints to him was the biggest waste of time and energy. He was dismissive and all around not helpful.
