The floors do not have sufficient ladders to fully accommodate renters when there are several visiting.the location although very clean and easily accessible, is also not near much else at the W. 145th Street location which is where I was renting a storage closet.the staff at this location were very helpful and friendly always. Was a pleasure dealing with them.

Overall, staff was very friendly and helpful. Only issue i had was lack of transparency about reason for rate increases. My unit went up 40% in less than 18 months.
