We use this facility because the customer service and help is excellent. Particularly the store manager Jordan who goes above and beyond.

I waited 10 minutes while an employee was on a phone call and didn't get acknowledged or told I'd be taken care of soon. When a female worker with glasses came by to get something she said she was busy when I asked to be taken care of. She was rude and couldn't give a shit frankly.

I think that: It's better to be nice with all the costumes!!

Overall a positive experience my only complaint was hours of holiday hours or change of hours was not clearly communicated so many times I came and it was closed - should have been emailed or texted
