Both moving in and moving out, I had a great experience with the people working at the front desk. Very friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

The person in the locker next to mine stuffed garbage into my locker and appeared to have peed in his locker and mine. I had to transfer the items in my locker to a new one on my time and at my expense, and Cubesmart offered me no credit or accommodation for the urine on my items, the cost of my time, and their inability to manage the safety and security of their facility despite me previously flagging the mental health of the person in the locker next to me when they threatened me.

the issues are as follows: The pick up driver just sat in his chair and basically ignored us. The unit number was missing from my unit and shows a sloppy careless attitude. The room itself should have had the floor painted and felt dirty. The Air conditioning was not working well. and there could have been better moving carts. You should offer assistance (even at a cost) for seniors like me to move into their units. rather than "self" storage.

Your service is fine but your cost is far too high. If not for being very confidently located to my home I would have moved years ago.

Easy to access and usually a parking spot when I came with my boxes. The unit was clean and I felt safe.

I was always welcomed there and treated with a lot of respect. My questions were always answered. I received help whenever I needed. Thank you.

Jacked up prices 300% over the past 2 years… moved our stuff to New Jersey

I like the location of the facility and fact that you can rent a small storage unit. Also, price is reasonable.However, a few negatives include: You're forced to buy insurance which is a scam as 75%+ of the insurance cost is admin fee going to CubeSmart. I wanted a combination lock, but they said I had to use a key lock even though combination locks are the same price. They kept calling me after I already moved in. Access to my storage unit requires a ladder which is not ideal. That wasn't at all clear when I booked my unit. Finally, I'm active duty military and storing my stuff before reporting to my base in Georgia and I couldn't get the military discount when I booked my unit.-
