The young lady named Faith was so welcoming and very informative, and helpful. I appreciated how she took the time to let me know everything about renting a storage unit. And she wasted no Time making sure some showed me around and showed me more than just one unit.

Although the service from Jordan and his staff has always been good, I found out there was a water problem and I am checking not the status of my staff.I found a crazy amount of rat droppings all over my clothes, shoes etc. and I have been told the insurance doesn't cover it.

Disgusting manager robert . mg things wee stolen from inside my unit whether by buy stuff for one of the other tenants there was a metal Grid at the top of my unit on the roof and clearly somebody got a vice script or something and pulled it off and they're very cheap shoddy items and I noticed that there were whiskey balls small whiskey balls and different items I had never owned in my unit so I imagine somebody open the opened the roof stole my things and CubeSmart decided to replace it without telling me and this really goes against us paying insurance I filed a police report nothing was ever done it is a disgusting unit it's full of homeless people it is dirty it is not safe and it goes up in price every few weeks the manager is absolutely bipolar Roberts I called him buddy one day and he said he found it offensive absolutely insane bstaff . rust and mould destroyed my items
