Terrible and unprofessional behavior from rude store managers to the point of where the police were called on two separate occasions. A waste of my time, tax payer dollars and overall one of the worst storage experiences ever.

I was very disappointed in how this error occurred and would like management to contact me. I have been a valued customer for over 5 years and to my shock I received a termination letter without my knowledge or consent. After calling the storage company I then had to go in person to handle this mater. Apparently it was a clerical error on their end NOT mine. I was told they accidentally closed the unit as they were off by a number in closing someone else's acount and they had to re open mine. This is riddiculous if I did not take action immediately what would have happened. Nothing was offered to me to amke up for their error and my inconveneince.

Very easy to rent, very friendly at location and easy in and out.

We used the storage facility in W 55th street in Manhattan for 7 years with several units at different floors and we could not be more satisfied with the service.The place is always clean and does not smell as bad as the typical storage facility.Billing is transparent and pricing is fair, sometimes you can get deals with very reduced pricing that will last for 12 months.The parking spaces are a plus and very convenient.I would use Cube Smart again.
