Great service

I waited 10 minutes while an employee was on a phone call and didn't get acknowledged or told I'd be taken care of soon. When a female worker with glasses came by to get something she said she was busy when I asked to be taken care of. She was rude and couldn't give a shit frankly.

I think that: It's better to be nice with all the costumes!!

Overall a positive experience my only complaint was hours of holiday hours or change of hours was not clearly communicated so many times I came and it was closed - should have been emailed or texted

Great staff easy convenience for access

Your company is greedy and predatory. When I first got my unit, it was $30 per month. You have raised the price every 6 months, and as soon as I got the most recent notice raising my fee to $81 per month, I decided I’d had enough. I’d rather live with clutter than pay you guys another penny.

Great customer service

There were 2 staff members including one of the day managers who was quite helpful, others who were quite rude, and the top male manager was downright hostile.After I did take the space, I reached out at least 4x about my locker being stuck at the bottom and let them know, that it could not be opened without great force, no one responded. I finally moved to a new storage facility.
