My storage unit, which contained more than $20,000 worth of my property, was robbed, and nearly all of my belongings and clothes were stolen. I had stored my entire life there while awaiting a decision on my political asylum case. Thank God my valid passport was with me, so it was not stolen along with the rest of my documents, clothing, shoes, underwear, art supplies, and computer. After that, a mouse infestation destroyed whatever belongings had not already been stolen.

To change the prices after you mover in, so frequently & randomly is crazy.I'll never come back to this storage and I would never recommend it.

Cost kept increasing on a tiny 3rd level unit that required a ladder to reach. $1200/yr for a 4x4x5 closet 6 feet off the ground is not the market rate for Manhattan.Further, while the staff working at the unit were always very kind and helpful, corporate repeatedly had IT issues with their billing system they refused to address, instead levying late fees for their own login issues. My location was unable to solve these, given their limited visibility over billing.
