I would highly recommend the 55th Street location in New York. The store manager Jordan was very responsive to my questions. He clearly explained the billing cycle, took the time to research my concerns, and replied to my email promptly. He ultimately resolved my issue, demonstrating his respect for customers and his commitment to putting them first. I would absolutely choose this location again in the future if needed.

I was misrepresented to and misdirected. Customer intake was misleading and oddly devious as there was a well practiced verbal pretence without substance. Most unlike my previous experience which was positive.

Very good service. No significant issues, except a long wait to check in the first time.

Renting a new unit was quick and easy. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The units appear to be very clean and the hallways are well lit.

Unprofessional employee store manager who was an African American doesn't know how to handle customers. Rude and discriminatory

My unit was cancelled without reason, and the store representative was extremely rude when I tried to gather information on timeliness to ameliorate the issue. She was so concerned with being absolved of fault that there was no resolution, and I’ve paid for 2 units for this location’s mistake, with the only resolution being to go in when this individual is there, or when I have to be at work and the store is just opening. They’re busy, they’re tired and no one is in a hurry to help. I’ve paid for 2 units for no reason. This is unacceptable. I was told by corporate that Evan, the district manager called on 11/4– He never did. The call was supposed to be on 11/5 after I spoke to corporate on 11/4. This is basically corporate petty theft against the customer.
