I recently opened a storage account here and had such a great experience! Faith helped me with my reservation and gave me a full tour of the facility—she was so friendly and patient while answering all my questions. Briana helped finalize my rental and made everything super easy to understand. Both were incredibly kind, helpful, and informative. I really appreciated how welcoming they made the process feel!

🚨⚠️SCAM ALERT!!!The management hiked the rent by 35% (from $350 to $480) only four months after I moved in, with no explanation or justification whatsoever.

Terrible and unprofessional behavior from rude store managers to the point of where the police were called on two separate occasions. A waste of my time, tax payer dollars and overall one of the worst storage experiences ever.

I was very disappointed in how this error occurred and would like management to contact me. I have been a valued customer for over 5 years and to my shock I received a termination letter without my knowledge or consent. After calling the storage company I then had to go in person to handle this mater. Apparently it was a clerical error on their end NOT mine. I was told they accidentally closed the unit as they were off by a number in closing someone else's acount and they had to re open mine. This is riddiculous if I did not take action immediately what would have happened. Nothing was offered to me to amke up for their error and my inconveneince.

this location was very convenient for me , clean secure , it is too bad that your closing hours are so early , and opening so late
