The fact that you cannot guarantee at least a year with the same fee is completely unacceptable. You guys jack up the rent when you feel like it that's not honest!!

I was a customer for over 5 years at CubeSmart NYC location at 55th and the location is not well managed. There was a major smell on my floor which impacted all my clothes, but no one informed me for 3 months. When I asked to get relocated to another floor, the local team was nasty and told me that it would cost me the same if though I only needed half the space. I ended leaving and going to ExtraSpace where the service is so much better and I pay 60% less for my storage unit.
