Decent price & process was very easy to get in and out

Rent was raised to much for an existing customer. Not a 10' x 10' but an actual 8' x 10'. Poor lighting, no climate control (No heat in Winter and no air in summer). Infestation of Pests.

I rented the smallest storage available which is a 5 by 10 or something of that nature it started at $160 I believe then Received a noticed that prices were being raised to $208. My storage was inside climate control did not pack any food in my storage, they have a big mice problem because they tore and ate through a lot of my boxes and damaged my books and awards I had from my middle and high school academic and athletic career. I moved out on the 20th but the new bill cycle started the 19th and I was told that I would be able to at least prorate but was later told that I would have to pay the full next months balance of $208. During the move out process there was a chunk of miscommunication between myself and employees I was told one thing by one and then executed my vacate order but it was rescinded and cause a bit of back and forth. I don’t the storage is worth the price point but at the time of need it was the only one available. The area that I am in that is a bit steep when surrounding storages are starting as low as half the $208 I paid for a bigger storage.

It was quick and easy. The unit wasn’t a little hard to get to and definitely not climate controlled like I thought it would be.
