Prices raising every 6 months, while new entries get cheaper prices. Not asking for prices to get cheaper but at least have an option to keep it the same under a lease contract for a long period or at least give you 12 months before a price increase.

access ways to units dont get plowed??? had to park in front and walk through 7 inches of snow just to get stuff from my unit a few weeks ago as my car couldn't drive through the snow. are people just not going to be able to access their unit after this huge snow storm?? wild

Have been a customer over 5 years now, besides the increase I would have kept the large side storage
