The Cube storage representative was very thorough, professional and she made my experience easy and quick.

Your pricing / advertising information is misleading - making customers think that CubeSmart is a better deal. After choosing CubeSmart, you find out about the "additional fees" and "exceptions". I feel like a "bait and switch" victim.

It was very clean, I love the way I was able toDo everything on my own. Didn’t really have to interact with anyone, maybe 3 times out of 4 months and when I did they were very nice and helpful. I did not stress at all using this storage location at all. No bugs no rats ! I did not have to worry about my things at all.

I was very pleased and had no complaints about my belongings. Every thing was still in GREAT SHAPE AND CONDITION

The staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is well lit, secure and clean It is nice they also offer flat carts to load and unload and big elevators

its the absolute easy process. I have rented storage units on 2 different times and both times I have found it to be an easy process. The facility is very clean and safe.

$276 month after two rate increases for a 8x10 isn’t worth it. Plus the elevator on our side of the building has been sketchy since opening day.
