Location and staf f

I had problems with the door not accepting my gate code and the app not working, but I don't want that to reflect on the location staff, since it was beyond their control, and everything that was within their control they handled marvelously.

Get onsite staff, which made visiting, booking, and closing our unit easy. We also need a large truck to deliver and onsite staff were very helpful.

The facility is well lit and orderly and there is frequently a staff person in the office.

The space is clean however the *ridiculous* price increases multiple times a year made me move my things to a different storage company which offers the same service for a much more reasonable pricing plan. Charging almost $1000 per month for a storage unit and increasing the price by hundreds of dollars multiple times a year is absolutely absurd, and I will not be using your company again.

Manager was very communicative and helpful!

The facility is always very clean and tidy. The manager, Vanesa, is very professional and curious.

Overall nice service. Clean locker. Easy to use App.

The process was easy, the site was very clean, the map was easy to read. The onsite manager was helpful and polite.
