There was a glitch with automatic payments system and we ended up with a late fee. But the facility itself was great.

Geneally the facility was new and clean, but when servicing the HVAC system it seems they just blew hunks of dust all over the place, including onto all my belongings that we had just loaded into a 10x15 unit. Also, mgmt jacked the rent up several times.
