Because the woman who works there is absolutely phenomenal. Customer service is supreme.

Liked everything except the automatic lights kept shutting off and leaving me in the dark. That’s kinds dangerous. Also there is no bathroom accessible.

I always felt very safe visiting the property as it was clean, well-lit, and conveniently located. The pricing to the storage unit was consistent with what was told to me at the time of signing and there was no hassle with moving out. The staff was very responsive and did not make me feel uncomfortable/foolish when I had questions about the signing up/using the product/costs/etc.
